Getting them running (and a quick warning)
The best part? These are drop-in replacements. You don’t need to rip out your wiring or hire a team of electricians to overhaul your controllers. They just fit. But, a word of advice. Since these tubes pack a lot of heat into a small space, your cooling fans are going to work harder. If you decide to crank up the wattage to speed up your cycle times,check your ventilation. If the cabinet gets too hot, you’ll kill the lifespan of the tube. Just balance your power load with your airflow, and you’ll actually see those energy savings hit your bottom line.
